About Evidize

We are building a more trustworthy standard for remote hiring.

Evidize is the company behind an interview-integrity and hiring-evidence platform for organizations navigating a new reality: AI can make hiring more capable, but it can also make authentic remote assessment harder to verify. We help teams protect the conversation, preserve reviewable context, and keep every employment decision with people.

Why we exist

Remote hiring gained reach. It also gained a new trust problem.

Important interviews now happen across screens, calendars, identity systems, and candidate devices. At the same time, increasingly capable AI tools can sit beside the conversation without being visible to the people responsible for evaluating it.

Evidize exists to help organizations respond without replacing one uncertainty with another. Our aim is to make interview integrity reviewable: disclose the process, preserve the available context, show the limits of that context, and leave the final judgment with the hiring organization.

Our mission

Protect the authenticity of the interview, strengthen the evidence behind the shortlist, and keep the human decision unmistakably human.

  1. More capability

AI is changing how candidates and employers prepare.

The same technology that can improve access to information can also make it harder to understand what happened during a remote assessment.

  2. More ambiguity

A verdict without context is not enough.

Hiring teams need to distinguish supported observations, available coverage, open questions, and the judgment that follows them.

  3. More responsibility

Trust must include the candidate and the reviewer.

Interview integrity works only when the process is disclosed, the evidence is reviewable, and the organization remains accountable for the outcome.

How we build

Begin with responsibility. Build outward from there.

Hiring technology is consequential technology. Our method starts with the people who own the outcome and the boundaries they must be able to explain.

  1. Start with the decision people are responsible for.

We begin with the hiring moment, the people involved, and the evidence they need—not with automation for its own sake.

  2. Define the boundary before adding intelligence.

Identity, access, candidate notice, coverage, permissions, and human review are part of the design from the beginning.

  3. Fit the workflow teams already operate.

We build around familiar recruiting and Microsoft 365 contexts so a stronger integrity process does not require an entirely new way of working.

  4. Make the result explainable enough to challenge.

The reviewer should be able to see what is supported, what is incomplete, and what still needs a human conversation.

What we believe

Trust is not a promise added after the product is built.

It is the result of choices about evidence, identity, candidate experience, access, limits, and who remains accountable when the software has done its part.

  1. Evidence over assertion

We favor reviewable context over unexplained labels. A signal should help a person ask a better question, not end the discussion.

  2. Human accountability

Evidize can organize evidence and surface concerns. Authorized people remain responsible for exceptions, follow-up, advancement, and rejection.

  3. Candidate dignity

A protected interview should include clear notice, preparation, support, and an alternative path when the standard process is not appropriate.

  4. Enterprise boundaries

Tenant scope, roles, identity, audit activity, exports, and retention are part of responsible product design—not an afterthought.

  5. Workflow fit

The strongest control is one people can actually adopt. We aim to strengthen the hiring workflow rather than become another disconnected system.

  6. Honest limits

We describe what the platform supports today, keep integration boundaries explicit, and avoid presenting an observation as proof of intent.

A Microsoft-first choice

Enterprise fit is a company design decision.

We chose to build around Microsoft 365 because identity and scheduling are already governed there for many organizations. The goal is not to pull recruiters into another disconnected operating system. It is to add interview integrity while the organization keeps control of sign-in, access, and the calendar workflow it already understands.

  • Identity should remain governed

Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on lets organizations bring employee authentication under the Microsoft identity posture they already administer.

  • Scheduling should remain familiar

The Outlook organizer experience starts from the appointment recruiters already have open instead of asking them to recreate the interview elsewhere.

  • Integration boundaries should remain explicit

We separate Microsoft authentication, product authorization, and organizer workflows—and describe each integration only by what it supports today.

Who we build with

The strongest rollout brings every owner into the same conversation.

Interview integrity crosses recruiting, assessment, identity, security, privacy, and candidate experience. We build for the people who have to make those responsibilities work together.

  • Talent leaders

Protect trust without slowing the hiring team.

We work from the real operating questions: where screening belongs, who reviews evidence, and how exceptions reach the right person.

  • Hiring managers

Make specialist evidence easier to understand.

We build for reviewers who need a clearer standard, useful context, and focused follow-up—not another opaque recommendation.

  • IT and security

Respect the controls the organization already governs.

Identity, roles, tenant boundaries, deployment, auditability, and integration scope belong in the product conversation from day one.

  • Compliance teams

Keep responsibility visible from notice to outcome.

We treat candidate communication, evidence access, retention, exports, and the human decision boundary as operating requirements.

Accountability in public

We want customers to evaluate the company by the boundaries it is willing to state clearly.

Our public materials distinguish observations from proof, product access from Microsoft authentication, and decision support from the employment decision. They also document current data handling and the responsibilities that remain with the customer.

A better integrity standard

If remote hiring is becoming harder to trust, let’s work on it together.

Bring the interview workflow, candidate experience, Microsoft 365 environment, and evidence questions your organization is trying to resolve. We will show you how Evidize approaches them—and where the human responsibility remains.
