Where to start
For everyday recruiting, start with the hiring responsibilities in the Terms. For the law, Evidize’s controls and your duties by topic, read the U.S. hiring guide. The state notice guide explains when additional rules apply.
Evidize provides its own notices, required provider information and source-linked guidance. Your organization handles its employer notices, audits and hiring procedures through its own processes. These documents explain each party's duties; they do not require an employer compliance wizard or certify a hiring use as lawful.
Documents
These documents are review copies. Evidize’s company-specific publication details remain in draft. The Data Agreement and Supplier Data Addendum contain proposed contract terms; they become binding only through a valid agreement with the relevant party.
