One portfolio view, distinct client context

Give recruiters one operating rhythm without flattening how each client hires.

Agency delivery breaks down when the client brief lives in one tool, role blockers in another, and interview follow-up in a spreadsheet. Evidize brings client records, requisitions, interview queues, and supported evidence into one recruiter workspace, then surfaces the part of the portfolio that needs attention next.

Each client search keeps its own context: the client record, role, accountable owner, interview activity, attention state, and next action. Recruiters can move from the portfolio view into the right queue and return with a clearer recommendation—while the agency and client remain responsible for every employment decision.

  1. Know where to act before the client asks

Use portfolio recommendations, queue summaries, and priority blockers to move the client, requisition, or interview work that is holding delivery back.

  2. Carry client context through every handoff

Keep the client record, role, hiring-manager coverage, interview workload, evidence gaps, and next action connected as work passes between recruiters and reviewers.

  3. Make the recommendation easier to explain

Bring role context, scorecards, screening observations, reviewer notes, and permitted report packages into the client conversation without turning a signal into an automatic decision.

The client-delivery workflow

Move from portfolio pressure to a clear, human-owned next step.

The exact capabilities depend on recruiter-plan entitlements, user permissions, and live subscription access. The operating pattern keeps the client context, role work, interview evidence, and recruiter decision connected.

  1. 01 · Prioritize the portfolio Agency operations Start with the client queue most likely to move delivery.

Review client, requisition, and interview summaries together. The operations view surfaces priority blockers and points recruiters toward the next page to open.

    One recommended queue
  2. 02 · Open the client context Recruiter See the next best move without losing the portfolio view.

Select one client to review its state, role blockers, interview workload, setup context, and the action most likely to move that search forward.

    Client-specific action
  3. 03 · Resolve the review blocker Recruiter Open the flagged interviews and keep the next step human-owned.

Review the candidate, client, role, reason for attention, and next action together; then let an authorized recruiter record the stage or disposition.

Responsible agency use

One agency workspace. Clear client context. Human-owned decisions.

Client records organize context inside the agency’s recruiter organization. They do not create a separate client tenant, client portal, or client login.
  • Portfolio capacity, ATS workflows, bulk intake, reporting, and other capabilities vary by recruiter plan, role, and live entitlement.
  • A screening observation is context for review—not proof of intent, an automatic ranking, or a reason to reject a candidate on its own.
  • The agency and hiring organization remain responsible for candidate notice, lawful use, accommodations, evidence access, human review, and every final decision.

Plan the agency fit

Answer the client-delivery questions before rollout.

Clear buyer answers on portfolio scale, client access boundaries, Outlook, reporting, and human decision ownership.
How many client portfolios can an agency manage?

The current catalog gives Recruiter Small a default limit of 10 clients and Recruiter Medium a default limit of 50. Recruiter Unlimited has no default catalog client cap. An individual subscription can override its limit, so confirm the intended capacity and live entitlement during a demo.

Does each client receive its own portal or login?

No. A client record is context inside the agency’s recruiter organization; it does not provision a separate client tenant, portal, or external client login. Access to product records remains governed by the agency organization, the user’s role, and the relevant requisition or session permissions.

Does Evidize decide which candidate an agency should submit?

No. The platform can organize role-fit evidence, verification gaps, scorecards, and supported screening observations, then surface the queue that needs attention. Recruiters and the hiring organization remain responsible for assessing the context, agreeing the recommendation, and deciding who advances.

Can an agency use its existing Outlook workflow?

Yes. The Outlook add-in can carry agency-client and requisition context from the appointment the organizer already has open into the protected interview workflow. There is no separate Microsoft Teams add-in today.

Can an agency build a client-ready report package?

Authorized organization or platform administrators can build permitted CSV or PDF packages for the organization or a selected client, choose included sections, and use available privacy controls. Export access, included fields, retained history, and other capabilities depend on role, plan, and live entitlement.
