Evidence for accountable review

Answer record questions from the available evidence.

Hiring oversight involves different questions from employee sign-in: which notice was acknowledged, what activity was recorded, and which records belong in a particular review. Evidize provides separate views for consent evidence, audit events, and reports.

Authorized reviewers can inspect those records and prepare a package with the available scope, section, and privacy controls. A record marked as needing review remains visible as incomplete rather than being presented as verified.

  1. Acknowledgement context

Keep the timestamp, session, notice version, and captured consent content available together.

  2. Recorded activity

Inspect actor, action, time, and available audit-event detail within your access scope.

  3. Intentional reporting

Choose the permitted report scope, sections, format, and privacy options before exporting.

Evidence and responsibility

Records support oversight. They do not guarantee compliance.

A captured acknowledgement or audit event establishes the information recorded by the product. It does not by itself establish lawful processing, a fair decision, or compliance with every applicable rule.
  • Your organization owns its notices, lawful use, retention decisions, and employment decisions.
  • Access to records, included fields, retained history, and export options depends on permissions and available product capabilities.
  • Review incomplete evidence and the intended audience before sharing. The product does not automatically resolve a missing record.

Questions to resolve before rollout

Review the workflow, its available evidence, and the responsibilities that remain with your team.
What does a consent evidence record show?

The evidence view brings together the acknowledgement time, session context, consent version, captured notice content, and available integrity metadata. Evidence states distinguish complete records from records that need review.

Is this the same as Microsoft 365 sign-in auditing?

No. Microsoft Entra ID governs the employee authentication path. Evidize’s audit view records product activity within its own access boundaries. The two sources answer different review questions.

Can we choose what a report contains?

Authorized users can select available presets, scope, included sections, filters, privacy controls, and CSV or PDF output. The package preview shows the selected content. Availability depends on role and product access.

Does an evidence package certify a hiring process as compliant?

No. A package helps an authorized reviewer inspect retained product records. The organization remains responsible for interpreting the evidence, applying its obligations, and making any employment decision.
