From a record question to a review package
Start with the source record and its limitations. Use reporting controls to prepare the information appropriate for the review and its recipients.

Select a report preset, organization or client scope, and CSV or PDF format. The preview shows the sections and fields selected for the export.

Use the available filters, included sections, and privacy options to prepare the package for its intended audience. Export permissions still depend on the signed-in user.
Evidence and responsibility
A captured acknowledgement or audit event establishes the information recorded by the product. It does not by itself establish lawful processing, a fair decision, or compliance with every applicable rule.
Before you decide
The evidence view brings together the acknowledgement time, session context, consent version, captured notice content, and available integrity metadata. Evidence states distinguish complete records from records that need review.
